Hi! My name is Sylvia Eboigbe and I am a mental health therapist. My passion is providing clients with tools on how to manage anxiety, depression, and ways to cope with stress. I am equally passionate about educating clients on the benefits of mindfulness, yoga, meditation, deep breathing, and self-care. I thoroughly enjoy watching my clients thrive, feel more empowered, and willing to explore more of themselves along the way. I am humbled and grateful for the work I do with my clients, and I look forward to creating a space where all clients feel validated and seen.
